Investment Overview

In early 2011, Riverwood led a $15 million investment in Globant targeted at helping the company continue its strong organic growth and supporting its strategic acquisition plan throughout Latin America and the U.S. The transaction represented the third investment from Riverwood Capital in the company that was aimed at driving the Globant’s strategic expansion and accelerating growth in delivery capabilities, reinforcing and strengthening its value proposition to customers.

Supply Chain Resources Group

In early 2011, Riverwood led the carve-out of Synapsis from its parent company, Enersis S.A.  Following the investment, Synapsis embarked on an aggressive expansion plan both in terms of service offering and geographic footprint, while maintaining its 23-year tradition of delivering the highest quality of services to customers.


Conductor is Brazil’s leading next generation digital payment services provider to retailers, payment institutions, banks, and fintech companies.  The Company owns a proprietary, web-based, processing platform that manages the entire operational cycle for card issuers and their merchant customers.  Conductor is headquartered in Barueri, Brazil and has clients throughout the country.

Investment Overview

In late 2014, Riverwood acquired Conductor and injected capital to fund an aggressive growth initiative and to consolidate Conductor’s market position in Brazil and across Latin America.
