This privacy policy explains Riverwood’s practices pertaining to the collection of personally identifiable information through the Riverwood website, investor reporting portals, and data rooms, as well as through other electronic communications (e.g. emails) (collectively, the “Website”), and the way such information is collected and used (“Online Privacy Policy”). Links to this Online Privacy Policy are available on our homepage and throughout our website in the lower left of each page. This Online Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2020. Any changes we may make to this Online Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. This Online Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between Riverwood and you, the user of this Website.
