Sauce Labs offers a continuous testing cloud that enables software applications to be tested against every browser, operating system, and device.

Forecast5

Forecast5 is a leading provider of financial forecasting, benchmarking, student performance and geovisual analytics software to the K-12 education sector. With Forecast5 tools, K-12 financial leaders can track current financial performance, benchmark historical performance and develop scenario-based forecasts to predict financial needs. The company’s tools also enable district administrators to assess student performance, assess readiness and improve student outcomes. Forecast5’s geovisual analytics provide a location-based perspective to help districts address complex challenges.

In July 2018, Riverwood led an investment into Greenhouse to accelerate its global go-to-market strategy.

Investment Overview
In May 2018, Riverwood led a $50 million investment round in Cloudvirga to help support the company’s rapid growth and product development.

Good Technology

Good Technology is a provider of a secure, employer-controlled environment on mobile devices owned by employees (“BYOD”). Software solutions include e-mail, messaging, and secure containers for other apps. The company serves enterprises and governments globally.

Investment Overview
In early 2013, Riverwood led a $60 million investment in Good Technology to accelerate its rapid growth, continue to invest in the development of new products and capabilities.

Billtrust

Billtrust is the leading independent US provider of B2B A/R software automation: invoicing, payment, and reconciliation services that it brands as “Payment Cycle Management”.

SintecMedia

SintecMedia designs and implements innovative management systems for the broadcast, cable and satellite industries. Investment Overview

In late 2010, Riverwood partnered with Sintec management to lead the buyout of the company from existing venture capital investors.  Riverwood and management were uniquely aligned in the view of significant growth potential and new market opportunities for the company.
