Palo Alto, CA. April 24, 2012 (Business Wire) – Accellion, Inc. today announced record growth of close to 100 percent in the first quarter of 2012, compared to the year before quarter. During this time, the company unveiled Accellion Secure Mobile File Sharing packages for Enterprise, Business and Individuals, announced an investment by Riverwood Capital of $12M, secured close to 200 new customer deals, and increased the number of employees by 50 percent.
