Emily Rohrbach

Emily is a Senior Associate at Riverwood Capital, focused on Investor Relations and Marketing. Previously, Emily led capital formation efforts at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (Alphabet spin-out) and was an Associate in Vista Equity Partners’ Capital & Partner Solutions division, where she focused on capital raising and project management for the firm’s enterprise software private equity funds. Prior to that, Emily was an Associate at Kelso, focused on capital raising, investor relations, and marketing across the portfolio. Emily began her career in investment banking at Lazard, where she helped to structure financing for Lazard’s M&A transactions globally.

Emily graduated from the University of Virginia — McIntire School of Commerce as a Global Commerce Scholar with a BS in Finance and Marketing.
