Tatyana Mamut is a transformative technology leader who drives innovation by understanding customer needs deeply and anticipating the future. She serves as a Board Member at UserTesting and advises Founders and C-Suite executives, guiding them on Growth, Innovation, Customer Centricity, and Culture Transformation.

Tatyana holds several technology and design patents for her innovations at Salesforce, Amazon and IDEO, and has received many awards for her product leadership and innovation. She earned a PhD in cultural anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley (where she was a National Science Foundation Fellow and Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow) and a BA in economics from Amherst College.

Carlos Ramon

Carlos Ramon is a global executive and entrepreneur with 25 years of building and executing the strategy and operations of technology companies, including two members of the Nasdaq-100, Peoplesoft and Akamai; one member of NYSE, Silver Spring Networks; and as CEO of Conviva.

Today, Carlos is the Founder and CEO of COMPAS, a Playbook Platform that empowers companies to execute and amplify their best with confidence. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of four leading B2B SaaS companies. Last, Mr. Ramon is a regular guest speaker at YPO, Vistage and Stanford Business School events on the importance of leading as a globapreneur.

Carlos holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Baylor University and is a SEP 2007 graduate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a citizen of the world who was raised in Uruguay and lived in Brazil, France, Chile, and after 13 years in Palo Alto, California now ‘hangs his hat’ in Nashville, Tennessee with his wonderful wife and three growing kids. He is fluent in four languages.

Pedro Arnt

Pedro Arnt has served as the Chief Financial Officer of MercadoLibre since June 1, 2011. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Pedro served in various capacities since joining MercadoLibre in December 1999. He initially led the business development and marketing teams as Vice President, and later managed the company’s customer experience operations. He then held the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning, Treasury & Investor Relations, actively participating in the transition from a private to a public company.

Pedro has been recognized both locally and internationally, having received awards as Argentina’s top CFO, as well as being named Institutional Investor’s top Latin American CFO in the TMT sector.

Prior to joining MercadoLibre, Pedro worked for The Boston Consulting Group in the Buenos Aires and São Paulo offices. He holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Haverford College and a master’s degree from the University of Oxford.

Chitra Balasubramanian

Chitra Balasubramanian is an Executive Advisor to Riverwood Capital where she serves as a part-time consultant for the firm and its portfolio. She is also Chief Financial Officer at CircleCI, where she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s Finance and People functions. Chitra has been a key partner to the CEO across multiple rounds of fundraising, having raised nearly $200m in capital from leading investment firms. Prior to CircleCI, Chitra most recently led strategy and global financial operations for RetailNext, the leader in comprehensive in-store analytics. Prior to RetailNext, Chitra has held leadership roles at BlackHawk Network in its Financial Planning and Analysis team and has been a technology investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

Chitra currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Computer History Museum, where she is also a member of the Finance Committee. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she was President of the Investment Finance Association.

Dave Frampton

In roles from Founder/CEO of a security startup to General Manager of both mid- and large-size business units, he has broad exposure to both product and GTM across security, cloud/SaaS, data analytics, and networking. In his current operating role, Dave is Vice President of Security at Sumo Logic where he leads the development and GTM of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions which solve the emerging challenges of cloud and modern application architectures.

Dave holds an M.S. Electrical Engineering, M.S. Engineering Management, and a B.S. Electrical Engineering all from Stanford University. Outside of work he enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, fitness, ice climbing, and mountain biking.

As the CTO for Marcus at Goldman Sachs, Jeff led the development and launch of the Apple Card. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jeff has held leadership roles at Stripe, where he served as head of engineering, and at Uber and Twitter. A few sectors of Jeff’s focus include fintech, health care, consumer internet, security and encryption, retail and analytics, and gaming.

He oversees the Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group’s operating divisions and focuses on ensuring both organizations help their customers optimize transportation networks, reduce freight costs, ensure on-time delivery, and manage complex supply chains. Prior to TI HoldCo, Ken was EVP and President of Commerce and Lifecycle Services at Ingram Micro. Ken founded and served as CEO of CloudBlue Technologies, a reverse logistics and enterprise-IT disposition services provider, and has held leadership roles at OfficeTiger, MortgageRamp, and Cornerstone Concepts.

Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University where he was a Robert J. Besal National Scholar and president of three College of Engineering student organizations. Ken is an active member of the Young Presidents™ Organization (YPO).

Rick Smolen

Rick is a passionate and results focused revenue leader with over 20 years of experience in technology and enterprise software sales. As the Head of Sales at Greenhouse Software, Rick oversaw the company tripling its annual recurring revenue in under three years to over $65M. Before Greenhouse, Rick spent over a decade at Intralinks in a range of Sales, Sales Leadership, and international roles helping the company to grow to over $300M in annual sales. Rick has extensive experience helping companies transform their customer engagement approach and process, resulting in more successful and scalable customer facing teams.

Rick studied Finance at Penn State University and is an avid reader and runner.

Sharat Sinha

Dr. Sharat Sinha is an Executive Advisor to Riverwood Capital where he serves as a part-time consultant for the firm and its portfolio. He is also the Vice President and General Manager for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APAC) region at Check Point Software Technologies. In this role he has responsibility to grow Check Point’s APAC business through adoption and deployment of the state-of-the-art cyber security solutions. Prior to Check Point, Sharat was at VMware, where he led their Commercial and Partner Business, as Vice-President for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Palo Alto Networks, as Theatre VP for the APAC, and at Cisco, as the Managing Director for Cloud and Enterprise Managed Services.

Sharat holds a Doctorate in Business Management from the University of South Australia and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. He also holds a Postgraduate degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
