Rob is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Rob was at Sun Capital Partners, a global private equity firm where he focused on business services and industrial manufacturing. Previously, Rob was an analyst in the Strategic Advisory group at PJT Partners where he specialized in software and technology companies globally. Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College.

Lucas is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Lucas was an investor at SoftBank based in São Paulo, where he focused on growth investments in Latin America. Previously, Lucas worked at Principia Capital, a Brazilian independent private equity firm focused on the mid cap segment of the market.

Lucas received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Shriya is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Shriya worked in Business Operations at Samsara (NYSE: IOT) where she worked on go-to-market strategy and planning. Previously, Shriya was a strategy consultant at Accenture.

Shriya received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Matt was an Associate at Conversion Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in enterprise software and fintech. Previously, Matt worked at Insight Partners on the portfolio operations team where he assessed potential investments and advised portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy and operations.

Matt graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University.

Patrick Bertram is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Patrick was an Associate at Princeville Global in San Francisco where he focused on growth equity investments in the enterprise software sector. Previously he was part of the software team within the Technology Investment Banking Group at Barclays in Menlo Park. While there Patrick supported the execution of advisory and capital markets transactions. Before joining Barclays, he held investment banking positions at Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Truist.

Patrick received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned minors in Corporate Strategy and Finance.

Joseline is a Senior Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Joseline was on the Growth Equity team at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on investing in software and technology companies in North America and Latin America.

Joseline graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research: Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University.

Fabio is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, he was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions for a wide range of industries across Latin America and the US.

Fabio holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from FGV in Brazil.

Lauren Schmidt is a Senior Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Lauren was at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, where she focused on growth investments in North American enterprise technology companies.

Lauren graduated from Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and Applied Math.

Anant is a Senior Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Anant was at Everstone Capital, where he focused on investments within healthcare and consumer sectors in India. Previously, Anant was an investment analyst with CX Partners, a mid-market Indian private equity fund.

Anant earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

George Jian is a Vice President at Riverwood Capital.  Prior to joining Riverwood, George was at University Ventures, a venture capital and private equity fund, where he focused on investments in education technology.  Previously, George was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

George graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
